Dagje uit / Day out

Op 1 november gingen we een dagje op stap met de auto. We begonnen met een bezoekje aan de Maeslantkering en het bijbehorende infocentrum het Keringhuis.
In 2004 maakte Maarten op vakantie in Garmisch-Partenkirchen kennis met Eraclea chocolade, superlekkere warme chocolade. Hij wilde mij, chocoladejunkie die ik ben, hier kennis mee laten maken en wist te ontdekken dat in Brielle een plek is waar je het kunt drinken. In februari gingen we dus een dagje naar Brielle. Een leuk vestingstadje, we vermaakten ons prima, alleen was Maarten het adres en de naam vergeten van de lunchroom! Nu dus in de herkansing, en het was inderdaad de lekkerste warme chocola die ik ooit gedronken heb, allemaal naar Club Sandwich in Brielle dus!!! (of een andere locatie waar ze Eraclea chocolade verkopen) We gaan zeker nog een keer terug want er zijn verschillende lekkere smaken!
Daarna hebben we een paar uur gewandeld bij Oostvoorne.

On 1-11 we used Wilma's car for a day out. We started out with a visit to the Maeslantkering and its infocenter het Keringhuis.
In 2004 Maarten came across Eraclea chocolate during a holiday in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, really fantastic hot chocolate. He wanted me, chocolatejunkie that I am, to have a taste so he found out there was a place in Brielle that sold it. So last february we went to Brielle for a day. We had a great time in this fortified town, but Maarten had forgotten the name and the address of the lunchroom! So this time around, we tried again, and it really was the best hot chocolate I had ever tasted! So everybody go visit Club Sandwich in Brielle or some other place that sells Eraclea-chocolate! We'll definitely be going back some day because there are several varieties!
Afterwards we walked near Oostvoorne for a few hours.
