Elf Fantasy Fair Haarzuilens 2011 - 2

On April 17, 2011, Wilma and I went to the Elf Fantasy Fair at the Haar castle, Haarzuilens. It was our 2nd day in a row; the day before Maarten and Danja had gone with us. This day I wore my weddingdress (made by Wilma in 2006). I had brought my SLR-camera and my zoomlens and enjoyed documenting the fair that way. Normally I'm more focussed on the experience and only bring a point-and-shoot to fantasy fairs. I'm usually shy when it comes to photographing strangers, but at an event like this, it's what everyone does. For me, the highlight of the day was the performance of Schelmish.
