I live, I love, I create, I capture, I learn, I enjoy.

In July...

I started my new studymodules Introduction to Literature and Formal Writing.

Maarten grew a beard.

I visited the Haags Historisch Museum with E., K. and L.

Maarten and I visited Amersfoort.

I visited the Van Abbe Museum in Eindhoven and met up with Marit.

Marit gave me a necklace but the knot in the lace didn't hold. I asked her to fasten it around my wrist, which was a better fit to my style.

We celebrated some birthdays (not ours, mind you, although we have been planning for those).

(Cake made by Jill)

Maarten and I visited 's-Hertogenbosch and paid a visit to our new friend R.

I did some journalling (mostly just writing) in an art journal I started earlier this year. I decorated some envelopes for the advent calendar Wilma and I are making my sil Petra to count down to her 40th birthday. I made invitations for my grandparent's 60th wedding anniversary. And I made a little package for Danja to help avoid boredom during het summer vacation, with a mini-album with some ideas in it for things to do when she gets bored.

I visited 's-Hertogenbosch again, with Frank.

I got the result of my examn for the orientationcourse that I took on June 20: an 8.

I watched 'eternal sunshine of the spotless mind' with my cousin T.

I visited Museum Meermanno.

I visited Grave and Kleve with Martijn and had dinner with him and Jill.

Danja came to stay for one night and Maarten, she and I visited Safaripark Beekse Bergen.

I went to the National Museum of Antiquities in Leiden, F&R cooked us up a thinkie-friendly, fruity Thai dinner, and the four of us took a walk and played rummikub.

I had a 'job interview' at Museum Meermanno and got accepted as a volunteer!

Aafje let me take a photograph of her impersonating a Popple. Remember those? Tove recently blogged about them.

I enjoyed the little rainbow-spots dotting the ceiling thanks to the little crystal heart Michiel gave us on our wedding day.

I visited Dille & Kamille a couple of times. Man I <3 that store!
